Full Refund Before Classes Begin
Students may request a full refund before their scheduled classes begin. Enrollment can be cancelled without deductions as long as no class has been attended.
No Refund After the First Class
Once a student has attended the first scheduled class, the course fee becomes non-refundable. This policy helps us fairly allocate tutor time and teaching resources.
Refund Due to Service Failure
If oQuran Education is unable to provide scheduled classes because of an issue on our side, eligible payments may be refunded after deducting applicable payment-processing or administrative charges.
Subscription Cancellation
Students must cancel their subscription before the next billing date to avoid being charged for another billing cycle.

Payments that have already been processed are generally non-refundable.
Class Hold Policy
Students who need to pause their online Quran classes may request a temporary hold. Any eligible remaining balance may be carried forward and applied to the following month, subject to approval.
Fully Used Services
No refund will be provided once all scheduled classes for the subscribed period have been attended or the purchased service has been fully delivered.
New Student Satisfaction Policy
New students may raise concerns during the initial days of their first subscription. Refund requests will be reviewed according to the number of classes attended, the services delivered, and the circumstances of the request.
